there is a concept called overcorrection that’s used in modifying the behavior of children. in this case a person in the bike business is the same thing as ‘children’. overcorrection means using severe consequences for the first infraction of a boundary.
to give a gentle consequence habituates the child.. errr, biker to tolerating future punishment (i use this with nate and slover).
what that means is simply… you have to shave an eyebrow off of tim. do it because you love him.
