You wouldn’t think that a court would rule that someone is not allowed to say that someone is ‘full of shit’…..Ahhhh…. the Swiss.

Is he allowed to say that Pat (in his Emerald CC kit) looks like ‘a beardless Papa Smurf wearing white arm and leg warmers’? – just wondering.
