Not to sound like a grumpy old man, but back in the day if you wanted to watch Tour de France coverage you waited until the weekend for Wide World of Sports updates. Now we watch many European races and all the major domestic cycling races live on the web. Cycling broadcasts have expanded from just races. The smart riders are leveraging social media and getting their message out on the Internet. This brings more bang for the buck for advertisers who are embracing the video format.
